| Mission Statement: The mission of the Northern California HIDTA (NC HIDTA), in support of the National Drug Control Policy, is to measurably reduce the impact of regional drug production, trafficking and distribution of illicit drugs and drug-related violence in ten San Francisco Bay Area counties. This mission is focused through initiatives specializing in intelligence, investigation, interdiction, prosecution and demand reduction. When appropriate, the Executive Board may direct responses to other threats in support of the National Drug Control Policy. |
