Mission Statement: The mission of the Lake County HIDTA is to measurably reduce the availability of illicit drugs, firearms and violence in Northwest Indiana through the use of law enforcement initiatives which are based on a regional strategy that targets individuals, key traffickers and organizations that repeatedly commit drug and violent crimes.
